Within the framework of the project, it is planned to build a photovoltaic installation to cover the own needs of buildings owned by the municipality: 1. Municipal administration, in the village of Samuil - FEC up to 40 kW, 2. Elementary school "Hristo Botev" in the village of Vladimirovtsi - FEC 30 kW, 3. "Radost" gas station, Vladimirovtsi village - FPP 10 kW, 4. "St. St. Kiril i Metodii" village Samuil - FPP 30 kW, 5. DG "Radost", branch of DG "Detelina", village Zdravets - FPP 40 kW, 6. DG "Radost", branch of DG "Detelina", village Bogdantsi - FEC 30 kW
The conversion of sunlight into electrical energy is a completely ecological process, without the emission of noise and harmful emissions. The project envisages photovoltaic panels with different peak power according to the needs of the sites, composed of monocrystalline cells, with positive power tolerance, efficiency, temperature coefficient, with high resistance to wind and hail damage and meeting standards IEC61215, IEC61730, IEC61701, IEC62716.
The selected panel has a 15-year product warranty and a guaranteed yield after the 25th year of operation of 84.8%.
Inverters are also provided for the conversion of direct current energy into alternating current. The inverters have maximum efficiency and the possibility of remote monitoring, integrated circuit breakers and surge arresters on the DC and AC side, protection class IP65 and a maximum input voltage corresponding to that of photovoltaic panels. Inverters also have the ability to work with batteries that will be placed on any site.
The electrical installation materials that will be used in the implementation of the project, such as photovoltaic modules, inverters, batteries, electrical devices, cables, as well as their accessories must meet the requirements of the BDS and, upon delivery, be accompanied by the relevant certificates and declarations of conformity .
