The subject of the present project is the construction and equipment of the dairy and administrative part of the Troyane area on the land of Belene according to Stage II of building permit № 10 of 07.07.2016. The central part of the property between the two shepherds is envisaged building of a two-storey building with a partial basement, with a built-up area of 317.90sq.m. / with a basement / 691,02sq.m distributed as follows: - built-up area Dairy and administrative part-547,56m2, total built-up area - 143,46sq.m. It combines rooms specially designed for milking sheep, storage of milk, high production quality dairy products as well as the necessary premises for staff employed in the farm/
The dairy will process 1000 liters of sheep's milk a day. The milk will be harvested on the farm owned by the investor. No processing of external milks is envisaged. Within one business day, cheese and cheese will be produced on the weekly production program in Technology.
