Description

Brief description 
Предмет на настоящния проект е изграждане и оборудване на мандра и административна част в  местност „Трояне" в землището на гр.Белене, съгласно етап II от разрешение за строеж № 10 от 07.07.2016 г. В централната част на имота между двата овчарника се предвижда изграждането  на сграда на два етажа с частичен сутерен, със застроена площ 317,90кв.м, /със сутерен/ 691,02кв.м-разпределени както следва:-РЗП Мандра и административна част-547,56м2, РЗП Доилна-143,46м2. Тя обединява помещения, обособени за  доене на овцете- майки, съхранение на млякото, производство на висококачествени млечни продукти, както и необходимите помещения за персонала, зает в обслужването на фермата.
В  мандрата ще се преработват дневно по 1000 литра овче мляко. Млякото ще се добива  във фермата, собственост на инвеститора. Не се предвижда преработка на външни млека. В рамките на един работен ден ще се произвеждат сирене и кашкавал по приложената седмична производствена програма в част Технология.
