Ani Minkova carries out agricultural activity on the land of the village of Shumata, Sevlievo municipality, Gabrovo district. The economic size of the farm currently defines it as a small farm - 4533.11 euros SPO. The activities that the applicant plans to carry out in the coming years are related to increasing the economic size of the farm by at least 2000 EUR SPO. As of the chosen date for checking the implementation of the business plan, the farm will amount to EUR 6,580.33. The number of bee colonies will be increased through their own breeding activities. In 2023 and 2024 the bee families will increase by 14 each. per year. By the period of submitting the application for the second payment / 2024 / there will be 90 bee families. In the coming years of the implementation of the business plan, the number of bee families will remain. In 2023, it will also perform a risk assessment to identify hazards related to the working environment, in accordance with the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act. In 2023, the farmer will buy a manual wax press. This investment will improve mechanization on the farm. The implementation of the business plan will start within nine months after signing the Contract for approval under sub-measure 6.3. 
At the time of applying for subm. 6.3, bee colonies are in a period of transition to organic production. In 2023 the farm is expected to produce certified Organic products. Planned for growth through own production 28 pcs. bee colonies will also be biological.
