This project proposal foresees the construction and commissioning of an enterprise for processing and storage of fruits and vegetables, in the village of Skutare, Maritsa. Implementation of the necessary construction and assembly works for the construction of a production hall, an office building and vertical planning. Supply of machinery and equipment, namely:
- Strawberry processing and freezing line
- a line for processing and freezing round fruits and vegetables - tomatoes, peaches, nectarines, etc.
- freezing tunnel
- Construction of refrigeration chambers for storing the finished products.
Machinery and equipment are selected with a capacity that meets the requirements of harvest-critical conditions to avoid loss of despair, picking up in inappropriate maturity, or other defects, resulting in deterioration in quality and loss of unwanted physiological processes. Detailed information on the technological processes is given in a Technological, Technological, Technology Engineer, with the necessary education and long-term design experience.

Внедряване на нови мощности за преработка на плодове и зеленчуци и подобряване на енергийната ефективност в предприятието : Внедряват изцяло нови мощности за преработка и замразяване на плодове и зеленчуци – ягоди, праскови, кайсии, домати и други. Изграждат се хладилни камери за съхранение на замразената готова продукция. Предвидени са СМР по изграждане на преработвателното предприятие, които значително ще подобрят енергийната ефективност на предприятието, видно от изготвени доклад и резюме за енергийната ефективност на новото предприятие.

Внедряване на нови продукти, процеси и технологии за замразяване на плодове и зеленчуци.: Внедрява се ново хладилно и технологично оборудване за преработка на плодове и зеленчуци с което ще се произвеждат изцяло нови продукти за предприятието, а именно замразени ягоди, праскови, нектарини и домати с процеси и технологии несъществуващи до този момент в предприятието. Изграждане на хладилни камери за съхранение на готовата замразена продукция с капацитет съобразен с нуждите на предприятието.
