The project proposal of "KAROL LINE" ltd. concerns the construction, furnishing and equipment of "SOCIAL ACCOMODATION FOR ADULTS" in Reg. V, 34 of the Plan for Regulation and Construction of the town of Banya, Karlovo. The following areas are provided in the boarding house: reception of visitors, rooms, spillway, office, day care for elderly persons in a stabilizing state, boiler with storage and antechamber and manipulation. The building will have 8 rooms with 16 beds, a dining room with a spillway, a boiler room and an office. The rooms are mainly on the second floor where there are 6. Each room has an individual bathroom. On the first floor there are two special rooms for disabled people. No food will be prepared in the building. Outsourcing - Catering services will be used. Therefore only a washable with a dish is provided to the canteen.
