Description

Brief description 
Проектното предложение на  "КАРОЛ ЛАЙН" ЕООД касае изграждане, обзавеждане и оборудване на "ПАНСИОН ЗА НАСТАНЯВАНЕ НА ВЪЗРАСТНИ ЛИЦА" в УПИ V, кв. 34 по плана за регулация и застрояване на гр. Баня, общ. Карлово. В пансиона са предвидени следните зони – приемане на посетители, стаи, разливна, офис, дневен кът за възрастни лица в стабилизиращо се състояние, котел със склад и предверие и манипулационна. Пансионът ще разполага с 8 стаи с 16 легла, столова с разливна, котелно и офис. Основно стаите са на втория етаж 6 броя. Всяка стая има индивидуален санитарен възел. На първия етаж има две стаи за инвалиди. В сградата няма да се приготвя храна. Ще се ползват доставки отвън - кетъринг услуги. Затова е предвидена само разливна с миялно към столовата.
