The aim of the investor, thanks to this project proposal, is to build a new, modern dairy in which to process mainly own cow's milk produced. This will result in greater competitiveness of the enterprise, which will add value to the agricultural product - own production, overcoming the problem of low purchase prices at the moment of the raw cow's milk market and taking advantage of the relatively high prices of processed dairy products. According to the presented technological project, the maximum capacity is processing of 14 tons of cow's milk per day, with the enterprise going all year round or about 328 days. The assortment includes the production of cheese, yellow cheese, yoghurt, soft cheeses, and butter and cottage cheese as residual products.
