Description

Brief description 
Целта на инвеститора е с настоящото проектно предложение да изгради една нова, модерна мандра, в която да преработва предимно собственото произведено краве мляко. По този начин ще се постигне по-голяма конкурентоспособност на предприятието, което ще добави стойност към земеделския продукт – собствено производство, преодолявайки проблема с ниските изкупни цени в момента на пазара на сурово краве мляко и възползвайки се от относително високите цени на преработените млечни продукти. Съгласно представения технологичен проект, максималният капацитет е преработване на 14 т. краве мляко на ден като предприятието ще работи целогодишно или около 328 дни. Асортиментната програма включва производството на сирене, кашкавал, кисело мляко, меки сирена, както и масло и извара като остатъчни продукти.
