The investment project will be a complex of two subprojects, which will be interconnected for the implementation of activities for processing, drying and deep freezing of fruits and vegetables, which will be partially powered by an autonomous photovoltaic plant. The aim of the project is to provide conditions for acceptance, processing, cooling, drying, temporary storage, qualification, packaging and marking if necessary and sale of fruits and vegetables through two technological lines - 1. Technological line for drying tomatoes and 2. Technological line for deep freezing peppers. For the purpose:
1. an existing building of a former warehouse in the village of Suhache will be used as a subproject WORKSHOP FOR PROCESSING AND DRYING OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES, for which reconstruction and reconstruction is planned;
2. An entirely new building will be built for the DEEP FREEZING WORK OF FRUITS AND VEGETABLES subproject.
