Description

Brief description 
Инвестиционният проект ще представлява комплекс от два подобекта, които ще се взаимосвързани за изпълнение на дейности по преработка, сушене и дълбоко замразяване на плодове и зеленчуцици, които частично ще се захранват от автономна фотоволтаична централа. Целта на проекта е да се осигурят условия за приемане, преработка, охлаждане, сушене, временно съхранение, окачествяване, опаковане и маркиране при нужда и реализация на плодове и зеленчуци чрез две технологични линии - 1. Технологична линия за сушене на домати и 2. Технологична линия за дълбоко замразяване на чушки. За целта:
1. ще се използва съществуваща сграда на бивша складова база в с. Сухаче за подобект ЦЕХ ЗА ПРЕРАБОТКА И СУШЕНЕ  НА ПЛОДОВЕ И ЗЕЛЕНЧУЦИ, за която се планира преустройство и реконструкция;
2. ще бъде изградена изцяло нова сграда за подобект ЦЕХ ЗА ДЪЛБОКО ЗАМРЪЗЯВАНЕ НА ПЛОДОВЕ И ЗЕЛЕНЧУЦИ.
