La Fabbrica/ La Fabbrica is a family restaurant, located at 2A Petrohanska St., Barziya village, commune. Berkovitsa. The restaurant is an investment of a fourth generation family from the area of Berkovitsa municipality, it currently has 9 hired staff and works every day without interruption. The purpose of the investment is to be developed successfully, to achieve long-term sustainability, to preserve ownership and to be passed on to the heirs in the family.
The project proposal represents an investment intention for the purchase of new professional equipment necessary to expand the activities in the kitchen and, accordingly, to achieve a greater variety of the food offered in the restaurant, which in turn will lead to sustainable progress and increase the competitiveness of the enterprise in the region. Through the planned financing, reliability and stability of work will be achieved, and the production will be in demand by the customers of the establishment.
In addition, thanks to its high energy class, the new equipment will help save electricity, as well as minimize the use of natural resources in the work process, such as natural gas, coal and water. The enterprise will be able to make maximum use of resources and at the same time significantly reduce waste, organic waste will be composted, which will help control water, soil and air pollution more easily.
The enterprise will be able to produce a large part of the necessary raw materials and will reduce the costs not only of purchasing goods and raw materials, but also of storing and cooking, water, electricity and waste disposal, transportation, electricity, which will lead to the possibility of the opening of new jobs and investments in personnel potential.
