Description

The project envisages the construction of a new photovoltaic power plant (PVP) with batteries under item 16 of Annex 4.1, intended entirely for the own consumption of the Oasis Del Mare Hotel, owned by Oasis Tour AD, located in the resort of Oasis, Tsarevo municipality. Oasis, Lozenez village, Tsarevo municipality.
It is planned to install a 55 kW PV plant, including solar panels located on the roof of the adjacent building, also owned by Oasis Tour AD, while the remaining components of the system will be installed in the Oasis Del Mare Hotel, where the electricity generated will be used entirely for its own needs.

Currently, the hotel has a separate 80 kW PV system for mixed use (own consumption and sale), whose capacity covers less than 23% of the energy needs during the active tourist season (May-September).
The new system will be completely autonomous and independent—without any physical or electrical connection to the existing PV system—and will operate entirely for the hotel's own consumption. Thanks to the integrated energy storage batteries, the hotel will be able to use the electricity generated during the night hours, as well as during the off-season, when a number of installations and premises with a constant energy load are in operation.
The power of the batteries will be equal to or greater than the output power of the inverters from the production part, which will ensure an optimal balance between energy production, storage, and consumption.
