Description

Brief description 
Проектът предвижда изграждане на нова фотоволтаична електрическа централа (ФЕЦ) с батерии по т. 16 от Приложение 4.1, предназначена изцяло за собствено потребление на хотел „Оазис Дел Маре“, собственост на „Оазис тур“ АД, разположен в к.к. Оазис, общ. Царево.
Предвижда се инсталиране на ФЕЦ с мощност 55 kW, включваща соларни панели, разположени върху покрива на съседната сграда, също собственост на „Оазис тур“ АД, а останалите компоненти от системата ще бъдат монтирани в хотел „Оазис Дел Маре“, където произведената електроенергия ще се използва изцяло за собствени нужди.

Към момента хотелът разполага с отделна 80 kW ФЕЦ със смесено предназначение (собствено потребление и продажба), чиято мощност покрива по-малко от 23% от енергийните нужди през активния туристически сезон (май – септември). 
Новата система ще бъде напълно самостоятелна и независима – без физическа или електрическа връзка със съществуващата ФЕЦ, и ще функционира изцяло за собствено потребление на хотела. Благодарение на интегрираните батерии за съхранение на енергия, хотелът ще може да използва произведената електроенергия и през нощните часове, както и през неактивния сезон, когато работят редица инсталации и помещения с постоянен енергиен товар.
Мощността на батериите ще бъде равна или по-голяма от изходната мощност на инверторите от производствената част, което ще осигури оптимален баланс между производство, съхранение и потребление на енергия.
