The project proposal envisages the construction of a new livestock farm, together with adjacent equipment and a fertilizer lagoon with a capacity of 606 cubic meters. The land of the village of Preslavets does not fall into a nitrate vulnerable zone, as the technological project is accompanied by an opinion from the BFSA that the activities are in accordance with veterinary requirements.The technological project envisages the implementation of equipment and activities ensuring environmental protection, including those that fall within the scope of automated systems for animal husbandry - dairy direction. According to the technological project, certified by the BFSA, the farm will raise 96 cows - dairy direction.The property on which the site will be built is the property of the applicant. Attached to the project proposal is a certified Technical Design and an incoming number in the Harmanli area for issuing a building permit. The claimed project costs are substantiated in attached inquiries and offers, as well as with preliminary contracts with the selected suppliers / contractors.
