The main goal of the project proposal is to build a workshop for roasting, sterilizing and deep-freezing vegetables.
For this purpose, buildings of a former warehouse in the village of Debnevo, municipality of Trojan, which can be used after construction and installation work and the corresponding reconstruction. The investment intention is the processing of pepper / roasting, sterilization or deep freezing /, and the construction of an autonomous photovoltaic plant, which will partially supply the production activity. Conditions will be created for acceptance, processing, cooling, sterilization, temporary storage, qualification, packaging and marking if necessary and sale of vegetables.
