The current agricultural activity of the applicant includes the cultivation of 19,296 decares of plums, which have passed the transition period and are organic. There is a contract for control with a controlling organization. He owns three properties, for which he has Lease Agreements, coupons for the registration of the contracts in the Agricultural Cooperative and sketches. The activity will take place on the territory of the land of the village of Yavorets, Gabrovo municipality, Gabrovo region. The minimum density of plums corresponds to the regulatory requirements. The farmer does not have his own equipment. If necessary, he rents agricultural machinery or uses external mechanized services. There are no irrigation facilities, buildings or other facilities built on the properties. Plant protection preparations and fertilizers are not used or stored on the farm. The requirements for keeping diaries for fertilizing and plant protection measures for the properties are observed. The candidate organizes and manages his own activities. No production staff assigned. At the moment, it does not keep accounting records. The activities that are necessary for the restructuring and adaptation of the agricultural holding are related to the maintenance and cultivation in a biological way of the available 19,296 decares of plums. The planned growth will be carried out by renting or leasing 7,998 acres with plums in the fall of 2023. These 7,998 acres will also be organically farmed and will begin a transition period. Up to 9 months after signing the Administrative Contract, a brushcutter worth BGN 700 will be purchased. By the end of 2023, the candidate will have completed a course on environmental protection in the agricultural sector, as well as acquired professional skills and competencies. The farmer will continue to comply with all standards in his agricultural activity.
