The investment proposal envisages improvement of the biosecurity of the farm of Iva Agro 58 EOOD through modernization of an existing livestock farm on the territory of the town of Ugarchin, municipality. Ugyrchin, obl. Lovech. The site was approved with a protocol from / date / 10.12.2018 by a commission appointed by order №: RD 10-798 / 07.12.2018. of the director of RFSD - Lovech. The site is entered in the register of RFSD Lovech with registration number 7505410114. The capacity of the livestock site is breeding 100 cows and 100 calves - meat direction.
The site is located in a land property with identifier 75054.900.2634 / seventy-five thousand and fifty-four point nine hundred point two thousand six hundred and thirty-four /, according to the cadastral map and cadastral registers of Ugarchin, Ugarchin Municipality, Lovech region. with address of the land property: town of Ugarchin, p.k. 5580 / five thousand five hundred and eighty /, Temenuga Street, with an area of ​​12,683 / twelve thousand six hundred and eighty-three / square meters.
No change in the current technology of animal husbandry is envisaged.
No increase in the capacity of the livestock facility is envisaged.
The modernization is planned to be carried out by performing construction and installation activities on the territory of the site, improving the biosecurity of the farm as follows:
- Reconstruction of an existing building for animal husbandry;
- Construction of a new metal shed for animal rest adjacent to the existing building for animal husbandry;
- Construction of a building for storage of concentrated fodder;
- Construction of a building for storage of roughage;
- Construction of a fence to ensure the safety of the site and the health of animals, which does not allow free access of people and other animals to the site;
