The subject of the current investment project is the purchase of the necessary equipment for the functioning of production in the field of PVC and aluminum joinery. The subject of this project is delivery and installation of new equipment / 2 pcs. new machines: Automatic digital double head circular saw and CNC cleaning machine for PVC frames/ and process optimization. The goal is to create a modern and sustainable production of PVC and aluminum joinery in the area.
ET KRASIMIR DZANTOV is a company with more than 3 years of history, which realizes its activity on the territory of the town of Belene. The company is a production company for the manufacture of window frames, using REHAU profiles as a basis. The enterprise is located in its own building, located in the town of Belene, Pleven region. The plot is corner and is located at Oborishte St. No. 13 and Dobrudzha St. in the central part of the city. The same has identifier No. 03366.601.138 and an area of 900m2, according to sketch No. 15-846781-15.11.2018. The production building in which the activity is carried out is a massive building on one floor with a total area of 240 sq.m. The enterprise has outdated equipment that does not have the required performance. For this purpose, the investment in the project is planned to replace the outdated equipment, which has low productivity, as well as the implementation of new technologies for the enterprise.
By implementing the current project proposal, the Applicant will have the opportunity to offer on the market a wide range of products from PVC and aluminum profiles, which are currently not offered by him due to the lack of all the necessary equipment. In this way, the enterprise will diversify the non-agricultural activities offered so far and help to promote sustainable employment in the sector, as the currently available jobs will be preserved. No new jobs are expected to be created given the full automation of the new equipment.

Закупуване на оборудване за производство на дограма: Производственият цикъл в предприятието за PVC дограма на ЕТ Красимир Джантов има следните основни операции:
• получаване на суровини: PVC профили, метални тръби, стъкла 4мм и дистанционери,
• направа на стъклопакети,
• направа на дограма,
• складиране на готовата продукция,
• експедиция.
За изпълнение на основните технологични процеси се планира закупуването на следното ново оборудване: Автоматичен дигитален двуглав циркуляр и CNC зачистваща машина за PVC рамки.
Чрез реализиране на настоящата дейност, Кандидатът ще има възможност да предлага на пазара широк набор от изделия от ПВЦ и алуминиеви профили, които към момента не са предлагани от него предвид липсата на цялото необходимо оборудване. По този начин предприятието ще диверсифицира предлаганите до момента неземеделските дейности и ще спомогне за постигането на устойчива заетостта в сектора, тъй като се предвижда запазване на наличните работни места, необходими за функционирането на предприятието. Ще бъдат внедрени нови мощности /ново оборудване/, необходими за извършването на производствените операции по производство на ПВЦ и алуминиева дограма.
Кандидатът ще получи значително конкурентно предимство, тъй като фирмата предвижда закупуването на висококачествени автоматични машини, в резултат на което ще бъде в състояние да извърши качествено и в срок изпълнението на възложените поръчки. Всички операции за производството на дограма ще бъдат напълно автоматизирани, което повишава значително производствения капацитет. В резултат ще бъде повишена конкурентоспособността на компанията в сектора, което ще повлияе благоприятно на развитието на устойчив бизнес в сферата на производството на дограма на територията на община Белене.
