The farmer carries out his agricultural activity entirely on the territory of Ignatovtsi village, Dryanovo Municipality, Gabrovo District. The land is included in the list of mountainous disadvantaged areas. In the current marketing year the following crops are cultivated on the holding: 33.790 decares of Natural meadows; 0.200 decares of potatoes; 0.150 acres of tomatoes outdoors; 0.130 acres of cucumbers outdoors; 0.300 decares of green beans; 0.200 decares other vegetables-onions; 6.000 acres of plums; 0.900 acres of apples; and 5.999 decares of walnuts. The economic size of the holding is 7157.43 Euro SPO. The property manages nine properties for rent. Five of the properties are used on the basis of annual rental contracts and the remaining four are rented for a period up to 2028 years. The farm does not fall within the established sanitary-security zones. The farm is not located in the nitrate vulnerable zone, as it is located on the territory of Dryanovo Municipality. Access to the property is not difficult. The farmer has no contract for control and certification for organic production. The farmer has submitted applications for support under the schemes and measures for direct payments. Sam organizes and manages his activities. No production personnel are assigned to the holding. No accounting records are currently being kept. The farm does not have its own agricultural machinery. Use external services if necessary. Plant protection products and fertilisers shall not be stored on the holding. No diary of chemical treatments and used fertilizers, soil improvers and biologically active substances is kept. No risk assessment has been developed at this time.
