The current project proposal aims to expand the activity of the agricultural holding by introducing a new activity - peeling sunflower seeds. The implementation of the new activity will be carried out by investing in a base for the processing of cereals, legumes and oilseed crops. The base consists of two sub-sites - construction of a building for the storage of sunflower and a warehouse for husk and changing the purpose of an existing building for the storage of plant produce into a workshop for the processing of grain, leguminous and oil-bearing crops and the processing of sunflower.The sunflower storage and husk storage building has a built-up area of ​​1915 sq.m. In this building, in addition to the sunflower storage warehouse (1476.38 sq.m.), there is also a room in which the future purchase of palletizing and briquetting machines for the waste product (husk) is planned. The total cost of construction of the Sunflower Storage Building and Husk Warehouse is 1,240,420.98. The part of these costs falling only on the warehouse for storing sunflower and husk is BGN 957,446.94. At the beginning of 2022, a project proposal was submitted under measure 4.2 "Investments in processing/marketing of agricultural products", in which only a part of these costs is applied for, namely BGN 445,000 for SMR.The subject of the present project is to finance the rest of these costs, namely BGN 512,446.94. For the costs of the part of the entire building, falling on the premises, in which the future purchase of palletizing and briquetting machines of the waste product is planned, there is no application for this project, nor for the project submitted in March, 2022. Attached is the CC/ KSS, in which the quantities and costs are shown both for the entire area of ​​1915 sq.m. and for 1476.38 sq.m. The offer and contract for the CMR are for the entire area.
