In the framework of this project, the farmer Mihail Mihaylov applies for the purchase of tangible assets, which are essential in relation to the achievement of high quality agricultural product, at low production costs, allowing the achievement of  High competitiveness in the market. In order to achieve the objectives of the project, ZP Mihail Mihaylov is applied with this project for the purchase of new, modern agricultural equipment and land property under measure 1 of "MiG-lyubimets-Ivaylovgrad" under Measure 19 – Community-led local development from the RDPs 2014-2020 co-financed by the EAFRD. The new equipment and own land aims to improve farm activity, increase competitiveness by modernising production conditions contributing to the production of high-quality production, Low cost, application of environmentally friendly agricultural machinery, preserving the components of agro-ecosystems and lowering the effect of anthropogenic impact on them. The purchase of the agricultural machinery and land provided by the project is a prerequisite for improving resource and energy efficiency on the farm.
The investment intention of ZP Mihail Mihaylov corresponds fully to the general objective of measure 1 of the "lag-lyubimets-Ivaylovgrad", as well as to the specific objective of the measure: "Increasing the sustainability and competitiveness of agricultural holdings through Modernisation of physical capital, intangible assets related to the organisation and management of Holdings, introduction of new and energy-saving technologies, improvement of pre-market preparation and storage of production. '
