The current project proposal belongs to the candidate Valeri Kanchev Benov, a registered farmer, with the main activity: raising dairy cows and producing raw cow's milk in a registered livestock facility. The applicant cultivates agricultural land in the land of Koinare, commune. Cherven Bryag, from which it produces fodder for the farm's cattle, incl. cow-milk sector. The project initiative envisages the purchase of the following investment: Zimmatic pivoting system from LINDSAY-220 m., Euromacchine motor pump and equipment, model EMP08IR and MOSA current generator, model GE 20 YSX.
After the implementation of the project, irrigation field No. 1 will be irrigated, consisting of several massifs, with water intake from the Iskar River, Koinare land, commune. Red Beach. For this purpose, an investment engineering project was developed in part: HMS, prepared by engineer Ilia Iliev. The irrigated field is formed by several massifs and properties, reflected in table 4a of the attached BP and according to the Agreement of massifs for the use of agricultural lands under Art. 37c, para. 2 of the ZSPZZ for the economic year 2024/2025, land, town of Koinare, EKATTE 37863, commune. Cherven Bryag, region Pleven, including all the documentation to the engineering project is attached. The investment intention is to irrigate corn for grain on the entire irrigated field #1, by applying sprinkler irrigation technique from a pivot circular system equipped with a motor pump with equipment and a power generator. Irrigation field #1 has a total area of 15.99 ha. with the shape of a sector circle.

"Инвестиции в материални активи, с цел повишаване конкурентоспособността на животновъдно стопанство чрез ефективно използване на ресурсите при потреблението на вода": Проектът предвижда инвестиции в материални активи, отразени в секция 5. Бюджет на ФК и таблица 1 от приложеният БП, за дейността на животновъдно стопанство в гр. Койнаре, община Червен бряг, с цел повишаване конкурентоспособността на стопанството чрез ефективно използване на ресурсите при потреблението на вода.
Настоящото проектно предложение е представено от регистриран земеделски стопанин, който ще запази заложеното в таблиците по проекта за периода на мониторинг.
Проектът третира отглеждане/поливане на 159,9 дка (15,99 ха), площи посочени в таблица 4 и в инженерния хидромелиоративен проект, чиято продукция ще се използва за изхранване на посочените млечни крави.
Техническите показатели и капацитета на пивотната система са съобразени и изцяло отговарят на изискването на земеделският стопанин за напояване на 159,9 дка обработваеми площи, които ще бъдат засети с царевица.
