The farm of Emiliyan Stoyanov is located in a disadvantaged mountain area, in the land of the village of Rayovo, commune. Samokov, region Sofia. The main activity of the farmer consists in the cultivation of 30,000 decares of potatoes, which will be sown in the period 01.05.2023-29.05.2023, the management of 70,800 decares of meadows and the maintenance of 23,200 decares under fallow. The farm consists of eight properties, for which the applicant has lease agreements with the municipality of Samokov for a period of ten years from 18.11.2022. The areas are not irrigated. The farm is newly established and does not have its own agricultural machinery. Its total initial economic size of the holding amounts to 12419.48 euros SPO. There is no hired staff and at the moment the management, administration and production activities are carried out by the young farmer.
