The development of the current investment project and its implementation aims at introducing into the farm a system for improving agricultural productivity, production volume and more efficient and environmentally friendly use of resources in a livestock farm located in a rural area. Shortening agrotechnical deadlines for different types of activities on the applicant's farm will lead to competitive and sustainable agriculture, which "achieves more with less" in harmony with the environment. This will help build a competitive primary sector that guarantees food supply, product diversification and global production, the long-term supply of different raw materials for food and other uses, and a better distribution of value added across the food chain. In order to achieve a sustainable increase in agricultural productivity, natural resources must be managed well and in accordance with environmental requirements. Land will be particularly important as it is there that will demonstrate how successful the transition to more sustainable production models is.
The Rural Development Program of the Republic of Bulgaria for the period 2014-2020 through sub-measure 4.1 "Investments in agricultural holdings" and LLPF of the LLG Pavlikeni-Polski Trambesh enables farmers to apply with a project proposal, to be approved in order to be competitive and have a good market orientation.
The equipment for the purchase of the candidate-ET "Semik-Georgi Semov", envisaged for the purchase, concerns improvement of the conditions of raising animals on the farm, incl. improving the microclimate in the barn, ensuring constant access to animal water and improving the system for collecting and utilizing manure.
