The project proposal concerns technological modernization. The meat-producing and meat-processing enterprise of the company "Beef Meat Velingrad" EOOD is located in the town of Velingrad, quarter 84, "Industrial Zone" according to the plan of the town of Velingrad, municipality. Velingrad, region Pazardzhik. It is an active enterprise and the current project does not envisage construction and installation activities in the building and internal reconstructions. The planned technological modernization envisages the purchase of new technological equipment and the construction of a mini treatment plant for industrial wastewater, which is the subject of this project proposal.
The project covers the following units of the enterprise:
- Slaughterhouse for "red" meat with a capacity of 540 tons per year. DPJ per shift;
- Cutting plant for 'red meat', with a capacity of 1700 kg carcass / shift to be able to produce types of finished products: carcass of beef, carcass of sheep, goats, chilled cuts and blanks with or without bones of EPZ and DPZ, chilled minced beef, veal and / or mutton, chilled meatballs and kebabs of beef, veal and / or mutton, chilled meatballs and kebabs of beef, veal and / or mutton, frozen cuts and preparations
Treatment plant of meat production and meat processing company Beef Meat Velingrad is designed as a flow hydrotechnical facility filled with ready-made plastic tanks made of high density polyethylene for wastewater treatment, taking into account all the characteristics of the enterprise.
The service of the meat production and the training room requires 21 production staff, of which 1 is newly hired as a result of the project, out of a total of 28 staff in the whole enterprise plus one manager.
