The investment intention of BERCOFARM Ltd. is under Sub-measure 6.4.1. "Investments Supporting Non-agricultural Activities" from the 2014-2020 Rural Development Program
 The subject of the investment includes the purchase of technological equipment for a workshop for the production of aluminum joinery and constructions for a total value of BGN 817 600.00 excluding VAT.
 The investment intention of BERCOFARM Ltd. is the creation of an enterprise for the production of aluminum joinery and constructions and in particular the purchase of technological equipment and equipments for the same. The "Workshop for the production of aluminum joinery and constructions" will be located in the town of Berkovitsa, 91, Nikolaevska Street. 
The company will produce aluminum joinery and aluminum constructions, with the maximum production capacity of aluminum joinery - 7 000 lm. and aluminum structures - 4,000 l. The present project envisages to be implemented on detached parts of buildings in property 03928.513.18 with an area of ​​500 sq.m. in the framework of the town of Berkovitsa, Montana District with administrative address at Berkovitsa, 91, Nikolaevska Str.
In the premises with an area of ​​1037 sq.m there will be machines for production of joinery with auxiliary masses for movement of the material. The room is electrically powered with the required power of 20 kW. The power supply is output to a main board and is provided with the necessary protection.
