Public infrastructure is a major factor in providing basic services to the population in cities and villages and in ensuring access to them. In view of the fact that most of the areas for public use are highly depreciated, there is an urgent need to build a new one and renovate the existing one so that it can meet the needs of social contacts, rest and tranquility of the population and thus ensuring a quality life and an optimal living environment. Underdeveloped areas for public use lead to noticeable disparities in living space between developed cities and relatively small settlements, causing high unemployment, depopulation and insufficient supply of public services and underdeveloped public infrastructure.
The inclusion of a set of measures, respectively measures for the improvement of public spaces for small settlements is a prerequisite for the development of rural areas and their ability to retain the population and attract investment in these areas.
The project envisages reorganization of the town square so as to take into account the natural features of the terrain, as well as better opportunities for recreation and social contacts of the population. To ensure a smooth passage through the square by organizing places for recreation and social contacts. This space has a representative role and will allow for various citywide events of cultural and social nature.
The necessary costs for the implementation of this project proposal are:
• Expenses for construction and installation works for renovation of a square in the town of Ardino;
• Costs for preparation of an investment project in the "Technical project" phase;
• Costs for author's supervision;
• Expenses for exercising construction supervision;
• Costs for providing project management consulting services.
