The project proposal is aimed at expanding the composition of existing equipment in order to improve energy efficiency, water saving technologies and expand the article composition of the production and trade program of the enterprise. The investments are a continuation of the company's development strategy, as well as in connection with the economic changes after the Kovid pandemic and the increased prices of energy sources. The building of the enterprise is designed with the prospect of further upgrading of the equipment. In terms of functionality, the company has three main functional areas, according to the existing building:
- Raw material acceptance area;
- Production area;
- Storage, procurement and shipment of finished products.
The distribution of the zones is made in accordance with the European requirements for separation of clean and "dirty" zone, as well as for separate reception and storage of the main raw materials and auxiliary materials. The new Production Program is organized in technological flows, and the pledged machines and equipment are in accordance with the required capacity of the investor. The aim is to introduce products that reflect the current attitudes of consumer demand. With the new equipment the distribution of the building in functional terms will be maintained in order to comply with European and national regulations and the requirements of suppliers of product certificates for the European and world markets. The new technological lines are independently connected to the photovoltaic installation, so no technological costs for electricity are foreseen for them. The aim is to ensure regardless of the prices of energy sources production. The modernization in the direction of protection of the components of the environment is complemented by an installation for recycling and subsequent reuse of water.

: В предприятието ще бъде инсталирано високотехнологично и енергийно-ефективно оборудване, което е самостоятелно свързано със фотоволтаична система и система за пречистване на отпадни води. По този начин се въвежда ново оборудване от автономен тип, което ще се осигурява със собствена енергия за захранване и рециклирана вода за повторна употреба. Новите машини са част от самостоятелна производствена линия за автоматизиранo и роботизирано производство във всички отделни фази по преработка и маркетинг на селскостопанските продукти, планирани в производствената и търговска програма на предприятието с приложения бизнесплан.

Подобряване на енергийната ефективност в предприятията, в това число използване на енергия от ВЕИ за собствено потребление : Отделна част от Инвестиционния проект представлява частта за фотоволтаичната инсталация, разработена като елемент на електрическата инсталация и конструктивна разработка. Снабдяването на новата линия с електричество ще се осъществява със собствени мощности от фотоволтаична централа с капацитет 300 kWh. Системата предвижда монтирането върху метална конструкция на 75 бр. соларни панели, всеки с мощност 400 W. За реализиране на системата се монтират 3 бр. трифазни стрингови безтрансформаторни инвентора. Управлението се осъществява от смартметър.

Опазване на околната среда, включително намаляване на вредните емисии и отпадъци: За нуждите на проекта е изготвен Технологичен проект, съдържащ в частта си "ПРЕЧИСТВАНЕ НА ОТПАДНИ ВОДИ" със следната спецификация: Филтър за пречистване на отпадни води от люспи на плодове и зеленчуци - 2500 литра/час - 2 броя;
Инсталация за UV дезинфекция на отпадни води - 5000 литра/час - 1 бр.;
Резервоари за пречистена и изчакваща за повторна употреба вода с обем 22000 литра -3 броя.
