The investment intention of "Flame Trade" Ltd. is the establishment of a company for the production of tubular furniture (metal high chairs and tables) and in particular the purchase of technological equipment for the same. The facility "Metal furniture production workshop" will be located in a property with no. 56126.600.4013 in the city of Petrich, 22, Mesta Str., In the town of Petrich. The company will mainly produce high quality tubular chairs and tables, the maximum production capacity is 15 000 pcs. chairs annually and 12 000 pieces. tables per year or around 13.5 finished pieces per hour, calculated on the basis of 250 working days per year in a one-shift mode.
The production technology is in line with the purchased technology equipment from the company subject to the investment as well as the standardized raw materials and the requirements for the finished product. The investment costs will lead to a significant improvement of the activity of Flame Trade LTD, as well as to decrease the production costs for external services, which currently account for about 35% of the company's operating costs.
