The project proposal aims at the introduction of innovative automated equipment for a greenhouse complex. The investment consists of:
RES installation, with a capacity of up to 300 kW / h, which is provided entirely for own consumption;
Automated spraying system for treatment of plants with preparations against foliar diseases, as well as for foliar feeding, which ensures even distribution of the preparations;
Auxiliary trolleys for harvesting with MDF floor, which automate the process of plant care;
Automated line for sorting cucumbers - provides reliable sorting by size and weight;
System for recycling and disinfection of excess drainage from watering through the hydroponic system provides the possibility of repeated use of irrigation solution, saturated with useful microelements for plants;
To store the infiltrated and disinfected water, a tank with a capacity of 100 cubic meters is required before feeding it to the hydroponic system mixer.
System for additional heating of the heating water and utilization of the generated electricity from the Sun is an automated system for supply of irrigation water, which provides better development of the root system of the plants;
An irrigation water heating system is also provided for direct heating of the root system in order to avoid stress in the plants.
The use of automatic control insecticide lamps will minimize the use of mite repellents;
High-performance fans for shock reduction of humidity in the greenhouse;
The planned tanks with a capacity of 22 cubic meters. provide the necessary daily amount of water for the greenhouse;
Pallet foiling machine - optimizes packing and shipping activities;
The installation of a scale with a capacity of up to 1.5 tons automates the process of shipping the product, reduces the weighing time.
