"Theodora Trifonova 90" EOOD is a company whose main activities include the canning and freezing of vegetables, as well as milk processing and dairy product manufacturing. The machinery and equipment used in production consume a significant amount of electricity. According to a conducted study, the annual electricity consumption in the enterprise amounts to approximately 1,205 MWh, which, considering the sharp increase in electricity prices in recent years, significantly raises production costs. For this reason, the project plans to build a hybrid autonomous photovoltaic system for self-consumption with a total peak capacity of 139.05 kWp and planned annual production of 164.08 MWh, along with a 215 kWh battery. This setup will cover around 14% of the electricity needs. The battery will enable the company to provide backup power in case of outages and optimize the use of the generated energy.
The installation of a 139.05 kWp photovoltaic system and a 215 kWh battery will bring significant improvements in the efficiency and competitiveness of "Theodora Trifonova 90" EOOD. By reducing electricity costs and ensuring independence from external suppliers, the company will enhance its profitability and stabilize the production process. The battery will provide backup power and minimize disruptions, ensuring greater security and continuity of operations. The investment in renewable energy sources will reduce the company's carbon footprint and enhance its environmental profile, making it more competitive in the market. Машините и съоръженията, използвани в производството, използват голямо количество електрическа енергия. Съгласно извършено проучване, годишното потребление на ел. енергия в предприятието възлиза на около 1205 MWh, което, на фона на рязкото повишаване на цените на ел. енергията през последните години, силно оскъпява продукцията. Поради тази причина, в рамките на проекта се планира изграждането на автономна хибридна фотоволтаична инсталация за производство на електрическа енергия за собствено потребление с обща пикова мощност 139,05kWp (киловатпика), с планирано годишно производство възлизащо на 164,08 MWh, заедно с батерия с капацитет 215 kWh (киловатчаса), с чиято помощ ще могат да се покрият около 14% от потребностите за ел. енергия. Наличието на батерия ще предостави възможност на предприятието да осигури резервно захранване в случай на прекъсвания, както и да оптимизира използването на произведената енергия.
