The person manages 19,250 acres, occupied with 11,430 acres of oil-bearing rose, 1,502 acres with lavender, 5,700 acres with tomatoes - open production and 0,618 acres set-aside. The legal basis for use is property and rent. The applicant plans to continue to develop in the same direction. The farm is located in the lands of Taja village and Manolovo village, Pavel banya municipality. It is in a mountainous area but is not within the range of nitrate vulnerable areas. Certified seedlings were used. The rows in the permanent plantation are maintained in black fallow. No water sources are found near the farm. The water needed for watering the crops is supplied with a tank. In carrying out the activity the applicant uses plant protection products. He is registered with the BFSA and keeps logs for plant protection. The farm uses regular agricultural hand tools, the person is familiar with the requirements for their proper storage. There are no agricultural buildings on the farm.
