The candidate Radoslav Emilov Isaev was registered as a farmer under the order of Ordinance 3 of 1999 on the establishment and maintenance of a register of agricultural holders (promulgated SG, issue 10 of 1999) on 15.02.2016 in the OD Agriculture " -city. To date, the applicant has no participation and has not held any registered commercial companies. So far, it has not been approved under measure 141 and 112 of the RDP for the period 2007-2013, as well as under sub-measure 4.1, 4.2 of measure 4 and 6.1 and 6.3 of measure 6, RDP for the period 2014-2020.
Radoslav Emilov Isaev has a permanent address in Gorni Dabnik village, obsht. Dolni Dabnik region Pleven, single, 31 years old. He holds a diploma for secondary education, issued by the Professional High School of Forestry and Woodworking "Sava Mladenov", Teteven, specialty "Carving". In relation to the requirements for applicants under procedure No. BG06RDNP001-6.007 under sub-measure 6.3 "Starting aid for the development of small farms" of measure 6 "Development of farms and enterprises" of the RDP 2014-2020, Mr. Isaev will undergo training, including at least 18 lessons on the main problems of environmental protection in agriculture. A certificate of training completed by a training institution will be attached, in accordance with item 3.3 of 13.1, section 13 - Activities eligible for funding by the CC under this procedure.
The applicant complies with the Plant Protection Act, maintains a log of the treatments and RH activities performed, the Environmental Protection Act, as well as health and safety at work.
