The investment proposal envisages delivery of automatic irrigation lines with robotic control of soil moisture, niomass hot water boiler and specialized LED lighting. It is planned to install an autonomous photovoltaic power plant to supply the needs of the farm for electricity.

The biomass hot water boiler has a capacity of 798kW.
The specialized LED lighting is specially designed to cover 3100 sq. M.
FVC has a power of 30 kW and according to the analysis is entirely for own consumption.
