The main activity of the company "Penchev-2002" Ltd. is the production of dairy products: yellow cheese, butter and cottage cheese.
The company offers its customers high-quality dairy products at affordable prices, meeting the requirements and quality of the Bulgarian consumer and is the only dairy in the territory of Chirpan municipality.
The current project proposal of "Penchev-2002" Ltd. aims to improve the quality of the company's production and increase its competitiveness.
For the implementation of the current project proposal, the following activity is planned to be carried out:
Activity 1: Purchase of technological equipment for the company "Penchev-2002" Ltd. - Milk tank - 1 unit, Softening installation - 1 unit, Heat exchanger - 1 unit.
The modernization of the production base is of particular importance for the company's activity. The new equipment will be
installed in the production workshop of the enterprise.
The implementation of the activities is aimed at achieving the objectives of the project proposal and the scheme for the provision of
grant, will ensure the enterprise's ability to offer customers quality that meets
at the level of best practices in the field. The implementation of the project will help the enterprise to acquire a sustainable
competitiveness, will lead to an improved quality of the working environment.
The production of the products will meet and correspond to all current veterinary-sanitary and hygiene requirements of the Bulgarian and European legislation in the field of food.

Закупуване на технологично оборудване за фирма "Пенчев-2002" ЕООД - Цистерна за мляко - 1 брой, Омекотителна инсталация - 1 брой, Топлообменник - 1 брой.: Дейността включва закупуване, доставка и въвеждане в експлоатация на следните активи:
1.Цистерна за мляко - 1 брой
2.Омекотителна инсталация - 1 брой
3.Топлообменник - 1 брой
Твърдата вода създава проблеми в производствата, особено при хранително-вкусовата промишленост. Омекотителната инсталация ще бъде използвана, за да се омекотяване на твърдата вода, тъй като е с високо съдържание на варовик. Топлообменикът ще преобразува парата от парния котел във вода, която ще се използва за измиване на съоръженията, използвани при производството на продукцията.
Цистерната за мляко ще замени използването на външна услуга за транспорт на млякото /основната суровина/. Към момента предприятието не разполага с такава цистерна за мляко, което води до забавяне на целия производствен процес.
Заложеният актив е от ново поколение и е с капацитет от 3,2 т., което напълно задоволява нуждите на предприятието.
С придобиването на описаните в настоящото проектно предложение активи ще се повиши качеството, хигиената и производителността на продукцията.
Въвеждането в експлоатация на заложените активи ще подобри цялостната дейност, икономическата ефективност и конкурентоспособността на "Пенчев-2002"ЕООД.
Процесът ще се модернизира и ще доведе до повишаване на производителността.
