The project proposal includes the purchase of a new material asset for a currently operating furniture production and repair facility: CNC NESTING MACHINE.
The purchase and implementation of this cutting-edge cutting equipment for wood and board materials will optimize the production process and increase productivity at IKA MEBEL DESIGN Ltd.
The main production process that will be carried out with the newly acquired equipment (CNC nesting machine) is the mechanical cutting of the plates of the furniture parts using a front milling cutter. The accompanying processes are related to the operations of transporting and loading the plates in the machine, the preparation of cutting schemes, the programming (tuning) of the machine, the stapling (arrangement) of the cut details.
The production is carried out at an existing site of the company, located in Lyaskovo village, Aytos municipality, Burgas district.
