The property was acquired after the marriage of Margarita Marinova with her husband-Robert Zdravkov Marinov in 1988, by enclosing a Declaration of consent dated 05.09.2019, with notarial certification, according to the cited own Notarial Act No34 / 28.10.2005, incl. Reg. No. 1999 of 2005, Act No. 166, Volume VIII, Case 2005. The property is used solely and exclusively for the activity of Margarita Marinova, as a farmer and for the activity and with raising bee families.
The overall vision of the farmer is to take action for the development of a viable farm, making investments with the grants received in the sub-measure, which will optimize the processes taking place on the farm in raising bee families, thus the quality of production will be improved. As a result of the implementation of the business plan for the third year, the farmer will manage a viable farm with lasting market positions complying with Community requirements and standards and in the sector.
