The person has been re-registered under Ordinance №3/1999. on 24.02.2022 and has previous experience as a farmer, but in the last three years has ceased operations. At the beginning of the current business year 2021/2022. The two properties in which the applicant carries out agricultural activity are as follows: 1) property № 12749.247.55 with an area of 8,000 decares in the area "Hungry Peak", Varbitsa village, municipality. Vratsa, according to the Agreement for sublease of agricultural land, included on 17.02.2022, entered into force on 01.10.2021. for a period of 7 business years - until 30.09.2028. 2) property № 12749.246.41 with an area of 5,700 decares in the locality "Gladna Polyana", village of Varbitsa, municipality of Vratsa according to the Contract for lease of agricultural land, included on 17.02.2022, entered into force on 01.10.2021. for a period of 9 business years - until 30.09.2030.
The SPO of the candidate of 6,990.69 euros is formed by 13,700 decares of rose hips. The legal basis is based on long-term lease / sublease agreements, notarized and registered with the Registry Agency, as well as registered with the MAA. The attached contracts meet the requirement for a minimum period of 5 years from the date of application. The applicant manages 13,700 decares of rose hips and it should be noted that in the questionnaire and the application form of the farmer rose hips are listed in Code 3129 Other essential oils and medicines, as for rose hips there is no other option to write in the annexation form. When calculating the SPO of the applicant, according to the instructions of Appendix № 5 Table for calculation of SPO- in the instruction it is clearly written that the areas of rose hips and oil-bearing rose are calculated under Code 3023 Oil-bearing rose, which forms that from 13,700 decares multiplied by SPO998 forms EUR 6,990.69 / BGN 13,672.60.

Управление и отчитане на проекта
: След одобрението и подписване на административния договор за финансиране с ДФ "Земеделие" проектът стартира съгласно насоките и указанията за изпълнение. Като ръководител на проекта ще бъде земеделският стопанин. Предвижда се да бъдат спазени всички законови срокове и проектът да стартира до 9 месеца от дата на подписване. След изпълнение на заложените дейности и съгласно указания срок ще бъде подадено заявление за плащане в системата на ИСУН 2020.
