The project proposal is for the implementation of a fruit harvesting system consisting of two fruit harvesting harvesters and the purchase of a front loader to remove the box plates from the rows and load them onto the transport vehicles, for transport to a cold base for processing and preparation for sale. The production that is expected to be collected by the agricultural producer is in volumes of 850 to 900 tons in a period of 40-45 days, therefore, in order to optimize the work process and improve the working conditions, it is necessary to implement the harvesters for harvesting fruits. The selected harvester type is configured for apples and peaches to be harvested. Apples and pears, the machine has systems that help the harvesting of apples and pears to be placed on collection belts in box pallets. The removal of box pallets from the rows is organized by a front-end loader, which carries out loading and unloading activities. Organized in this way, the fruit harvesting process is optimized, reducing the time and effort required to harvest large quantities of fruit. In the selected sequence of activities, it is mandatory to have a front-end loader, because otherwise we will have a lag in the transportation of the harvested produce and it will have to stand for a long time in the field, which leads to a deterioration in the quality of the harvested apples and pears.
