Mrs. Ivanova's farm is mixed and is located in the regulation of the village of Obnova, municipality. Levski, obl. Pleven. The farmer manages five properties with a total area of ​​4,710 decares, of which 4,600 decares are arable - apples are planted with perennials. There are legal grounds for a period of more than 5 years as of the date of submission of the project proposal. The applicant does not have agricultural machinery, at this stage all crop cultivation activities are carried out by hand. External services are used for plant protection measures. The cultivated areas are not registered in IACS. The orchard is young, not yet in fruition. Fruits will be sold on the market in 2024. The farmer also owns 60. bee colonies kept in 10 and 12 frame hives of the Dadan Blatt system. There is an outbuilding with an area of ​​30 m2, which is used for the needs of an apiary. It is listed in accordance with the requirements of "Good Beekeeping Practices". There is a room for extracting honey with a vestibule, a warehouse for storing honey and a warehouse for storing beekeeping equipment. The owner has a manual centrifuge in unsatisfactory condition, a tub for printing honeycombs and other small beekeeping equipment. Apiary is registered in the RFSD - Pleven, under number 5922-0195. The expected average yields of honey from one bee family are 25 kg. The realization will be carried out only in bulk. The average price per unit of production is BGN 5.50. The wax produced is not sold, it is exchanged for wax bases.
The area offers good conditions for the development of beekeeping. It is located in an ecologically clean area, with a variety of honey-bearing vegetation with the possibility of obtaining monofloral honey (acacia, linden, rapeseed, sunflower, amorphous). There is direct access to running water from the water supply network.
 The temperate - continental climate is suitable for beekeeping and production of honey and bee products.
