This project will be implemented by ET NIKOV-IVAN KOSTADINOV - processor with over 3 years of history and an established name in the meat processing market, which is one of the main and traditional for Bulgaria sectors of the food industry. For the purpose of the project, ET NIKOV-IVAN KOSTADINOV has directed the investment to "Modernization of an existing meat processing plant through investments in innovation and environment", necessary for optimal functioning of the competitiveness of the enterprise, improving the quality and safety of finished products, their traceability and ensuring environmental protection. This project has been prepared at the request and assignment of ET “NIKOV-IVAN KOSTADINOV. The prepared project will be implemented in an existing enterprise located in PI XX-213/421, quarter 28, village Selishteto formation, Sliven.
The investment intention of the applicant is to build an autonomous RES for own needs, a solar hot water supply system for production needs and to purchase automated systems and equipment related to basic processes for the production of meat products related to the implementation of digital control systems. and monitoring of refrigeration chambers, air dryers, cooking pots and heat treatment booths, by implementing automated meat processing processes, modernization of draining and air dryers by installing modern climate units with specially designed air ducts and automatic digital control and other assets that lead to increased competitiveness and economic efficiency of the enterprise.
