With this investment proposal "Velikov Stroy Invest" Ltd applies for financing under procedure No. BG06RDNP001 -19.598 LAG Tervel - Krushari Under measure 6.4. "Investments in support of non-agricultural activities" from measure 6 of the RDNP of Bulgaria for period 2014-2020. The project includes the purchase of a mini-excavator with the relevant work equipment for provision of services, such as: excavation activities; cleaning of yards/ ravines ; filling with soil in a reverse embankment; uprooting of perennial plants; removal of concrete stakes; demolition of buildings, loading and unloading activities, etc. on the territory of LAG - Tervel - Krushari.
The total value of the assets planned for purchase is BGN 76,890.00, to which should be added the costs of preparing a business plan in the amount of BGN 3,840.00, with which the total value of the project proposal amounts to BGN 80,730. The amount of the subsidy applied for by the applicant is 50% or BGN 40,365.00.
During the time when they are not in use, the assets planned for purchase will be positioned and will reside in a landed property in village of Telerig, Krushari municipality, with identifier 72196.65.38 and type of permanent use "Farm yard", for the use of which property a long-term lease agreement No. 8712 of 11.10.2022 was concluded, presented to the project documentation.
