With this investment, the enterprise will improve its operations by implementing planned investments and introducing new products, processes and technologies. According to the design and agreed with the architect of the Municipality of Belene project documentation is planned the construction of 2 buildings and one linear sub-project. The investment is provisionally divided into two stages:
Stage 1: Investment intentions for which construction is applied for support.
The costs of Stage 1 are included in the first interim payment - construction and assembly works and administrative and residential buildings, which are detailed in the attached technical documentation and concluded with the selected contractor. These are described in more detail in the descriptive part of this business plan.

The existing refrigeration equipment is being refurbished and expanded into a refrigeration plant that includes the following premises:
