The farm has enough agricultural land for its development. It is envisaged that greenhouse structures in the amount of 0.290 decares will be installed on part of the set-aside areas. This will happen in the third business year of the business plan. Cucumbers will be grown in the new greenhouse areas. After that, no more set-aside areas will be maintained. The farm will be developed only in the field of greenhouse vegetable production. The start of the implementation of the business plan starts in the first business year with an investment in a video surveillance system. The envisaged activities will make a better adaptation of the agricultural holding to the market conditions. The cost of production will be significantly reduced. The farm will diversify and offer a wider range of crops on the market. Agriculture will become competitive. With the new volumes of production, an opportunity will be sought for concluding more advantageous contracts for the purchase of the products in bulk.
