The purpose of the present project proposal of "Gegovi and co 2012" Ltd. is to build a refrigeration base for storage and sorting of fruits in RLE V -505.27-production and storage activities, quarter 7 according to the plan of the Industrial Zone "Station Vacha", town. We shout, as well as the purchase of the necessary refrigeration and production equipment.
The company is a producer of various fruits and wants to build a new and modern refrigeration base for storage and handling of its products, as well as a production workshop for sorting, calibration, packaging of products for the trade network.
The commercial value of the fruits intended for consumption in fresh form is determined by their initial condition and to a large extent by the applied additional processing, in which batches with certain quality indicators are formed and their final commercial layout is carried out. The main motive for the investment intention is the purchase price of the fruit during the campaign (in the season) and out of season. The real price of the fruit increases at least 2 to 3 times during the winter months, respectively at least 2 times higher income can be achieved at one and also the amount of output.

In essence, the investment intention is to build:
I. Construction and installation work
 1. Refrigeration base - consisting of 3 pcs. refrigerators - of different sizes that will support - will be used for different types of fruit;
 2. Production hall for receiving fruit sorting - 1 pc.
II. Machinery and equipment
  3. Innovative refrigeration equipment (multicomponent) - 1 pc.
  4. Line for sorting apples - with a maximum capacity of 20,000 pcs / h - 1 pc.
III. Furniture and equipment
 5. Boxing pallets - 1,288 pcs. - with dimensions 1200/1000/785 ml - will be used for fruit storage
