The agricultural holding will develop only in the direction of vegetable production. The start of the implementation of the business plan will begin with the cultivation of 5,000 decares of field tomatoes and 6,000 decares of open-pit pepper production. During the first marketing year, the applicant will rent or purchase agricultural land and thus increase the area on which pepper will be grown. With the purchase and installation of a video surveillance system with solar / autonomous / power supply, an innovative intelligent system will be implemented to improve and modernize the process of monitoring and inspection of the farm. The advantages of the chosen innovative system consist in an IP camera with intelligent functions, up to 25 meters night vision, 3G / 4G router for remote monitoring via telephone, solar panel. Autonomous power supply allows the system to be placed in places without internet and power supply from the power grid. With the purchase and installation of the system, the transport costs for the inspection of the farm will be reduced. These activities will contribute to a better adaptation of the agricultural holding to market conditions. The cost of production will be significantly reduced. Agriculture will become competitive. With the new volumes of production, an opportunity will be sought for concluding more advantageous contracts for the purchase of the products in bulk. During the first financial year, the applicant is expected to receive a TA 2 consulting package under sub-measure 2.1.2 "Consultancy services for small farmers" of Measure 2 "Consulting services, farm management services and farm replacement services" of the RDP 2014-2020 d. The farmer will declare the regularly managed areas according to the schemes and measures applicable to the farm related to additional support under direct payments and state aid.
