Simona Pavlova Pavlova's farm is a plant-growing one, and the permanent plantations are located in the land of the village of Kosharevo, Breznik Municipality, Pernik Region. The farm has 18.5 decares of cherry trees and 8 decares of meadows in one piece of land, with permanent use - permanent plantings. Sour cherries are planted on a 5x5 scheme - 40 pieces per hectare, "Mahalebka" rootstock. The permanent plantations were built on land property No. 39150.78.34 with a total area of 27,922 decares, of which 18.5 decares of cherry trees and 8 decares of meadows. The farm of the farmer falls into a disadvantaged area. The operator has a contract with the certification company according to Reg. 848/2018 for the certification of organic farming. At the time of application, the areas are organic, as they were certified before they were rented by Simona Pavlova. The farmer plans to build permanent plantations on the areas with 8 decares of meadows with cherries and to make an investment in a long-lasting material asset, innovative for the farm - the purchase of a meteorological station.
