The current agricultural activity of the applicant includes cultivation of 18,239 decares of plums, which are grown conventionally. There is no control agreement concluded with a controlling organization. He owns three properties, for which he has Lease Agreements, coupons for the registration of the contracts in the Agricultural Cooperative and sketches. The activity takes place on the territory of the land of Stefanovo village, Lovech municipality, Lovech region. The minimum density of plums corresponds to the regulatory requirements. The trees are fruitful, at the age of 8 years. The farmer does not have his own equipment. If necessary, he rents agricultural machinery or uses external mechanized services. There are no irrigation facilities, buildings or other facilities built on the properties. The requirements for keeping diaries for fertilizing and plant protection measures for the properties are observed. The candidate organizes and manages his own activities. No production staff assigned. At the moment, it does not keep accounting records. The activities that are necessary for the restructuring and adaptation of the agricultural holding are related to the maintenance and cultivation in a conventional way of the available 18,239 decares of plums. The planned growth will be carried out by renting or leasing 8.00 decares planted with plums in the fall of 2023. These 8.00 acres will also be conventionally farmed. Up to 9 months after signing the Administrative Contract, a sprayer worth BGN 700 will be purchased. By the end of 2023, the candidate will have completed a course on environmental protection in the agricultural sector, as well as acquired professional skills and competencies. The farmer will continue to comply with all standards in his agricultural activity.
