The investment intention of the applicant includes modernization and automation of an enterprise for processing of agricultural products with included RES for production of electricity from the sun. The plant under construction will process honey and fruit. The process will be powered in part by its own electricity produced by the grid-connected photovoltaic plant, which is being built under the current project with a capacity of 623.2 KW / p. In this way, an energy and cost-effective project will be implemented, which will have minimal CO2 emissions from its activities and at the same time will produce products with low cost and high market competitiveness and a significant degree of automation for both processing and storage. of production. The production equipment at the site and the warehouse have a high degree of automation and digitalization, and the processes will be carried out consistently and without human intervention to achieve high productivity and quality of the finished product using the smallest possible staff. In this way, the turnover of the labor force in the company will be reduced, the qualification of the employees will be increased and the expenses for the salary fund will be reduced. By implementing the investment, the applicant will achieve the following goals, which will have significant environmental and economic impact, as follows: Modernization of production capacity for processing agricultural raw materials, low energy consumption, low carbon footprint on the environment and non-polluting soil and water production. Low cost of the finished product and high quality thanks to the use of fully automated processing and storage equipment, low energy costs and small but qualified staff. All these factors will have a significant contribution to the protection of the environment and the financial result of the company.
